My wife found Kerry as we were getting frustrated with trying to buy a home in Dayton while selling a home in Florida. Kerry instantly helped us to remove some of the logistical hurdles we were facing and we had her running all over Dayton showing us homes. We found a home we liked but the price was not right for the repairs necessary, Kerry helped to keep on top of the seller until we got the home at what it was worth. Working with Kerry to view/negotiate the home was a pleasure, but where she really shone was in her local knowledge; our lender who we have a long relationship with totally dropped the ball and was not going to be able to close on time, we regretfully decided we needed to find another lender, Kerry had a name ready when we asked and her lender was able to get us a loan not just by closing, but several days early. A situation with a possibility for tremendous amounts of stress was easily mitigated by Kerry and her network. Finally, Kerry has continued to help us get contractors into the house to bring it up to where we want it, even after the closing, and we are so thankful to have found her and chosen her as our Dayton realtor.

Kerry went above an beyond what a realtor's job is my opinion. Our father's home needed several updates and we live out of town so Kerry was instrumental in having various contractors provide repair quotes as well as overseeing their work. She even took most of a Saturday to accompany me to a home improvement store to advise me on various appliance, flooring, paint color and lighting choices. Her day never ends.
I would highly recommend her if your looking for someone to sell your home. We cannot say enough about her.

In all honesty, if it wasn't for her we likely would not have gotten the house. She's very knowledgeable not only about the local areas but about the entire process.
